About the Job
The Staybridge Suites Allentown / Bethlehem Airport is looking for any applicant looking for a Maintenance Technician/ HVAC Technician position to enhance our current maintenance department.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • HVAC Certifications or at least 5 years' experience working on all kinds of HVAC.
  • Basic property maintenance.
  • Shifts will be 8a-4pm or 9a-5p.
  • Weekends and Holidays are a must!
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Respond to all maintenance requests by guests, employees, and supervisors.
  • Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property. Report problems to Chief Engineer and General Manager.
  • Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, and equipment to prevent corrosion.
  • Hang wall fixtures, replace light bulbs and filters, and shampoo carpets.
  • Make local deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Maintain parking lot, pool, and grounds area according to established quality standards.
  • Work in accordance with Chief Engineer and General Manager to set up and complete special and on-going projects and maintains a preventative maintenance program.
  • Conduct routine inspections of hotel and determine maintenance needs.
  • Maintain all sidewalks and keep them clean and clear of debris and/or snow and ice.
  • Responsible for recording and implementing of key control policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Keep current on all information pertaining to any equipment or machinery on property.
